He is survived by: his mother Wilma Doll (Fordham); and his siblings, Linda Kalvoda (Bill), Marianne Wille (David), Dennis Doll (Nancy), Mark Doll (Roxane), Theresa O'Neill, Paula Kobilansky (Kary), Glen Ullin, Patricia Erickson (Michael), Michael Doll (Jean), Kenneth Doll (Cece), John Doll (Shelly), Anna Wuitschick (Michael), Tom Doll (Sepe) and Okinowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
