He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Kautzman and Margaret Kautzman (Miller); his siblings, Jack, David, Kenneth and Clara Ferderer; and his grandson Casey Kautzman.
He is survived by: his wife Ida; his children, Brad (Darlene), Cheryl Kraft (Nick), Gerald (Mary) and Keith (Jodi); his brothers, Ed Bismarck (Geri), Jim (Pat) and Ben; his sister-in-law Virginia Kautzman of Mandan; his grandchildren, Cody, Cayle Kautzman, Tandra (Doug Preskey), Terry, Tom Kraft (Amy), Zach, Emily Kautzman, Kennedi and Quincy Kautzman; his great grandchild Keegan Kautzman; and his siblings-in-law, Rosie Hersch, Ann Collingwood, Joni Christopherson, Bruce Scharmer and Jim Gerhardt.
