With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myron Norton of New Salem, North Dakota, who passed away on August 5, 2020 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Myron Norton to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Norton and Martha Norton (Westmeyer); his wife Mable Bumann; his son Kevin Norton; and his grandson-in-law Scott Vigestad.

He is survived by: his children, Brad (Mona), Jess (Lynnae), Todd (Debbie), Lisa Kleinjan (Steve) and Shelly Pletan; his daughter-in-law Gale Norton of New Salem; and his sisters, Glenda Kaelberer and Marlene Bethke of New Salem. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

“We are so saddened to hear of the passing of your loving father/grandfather. He was such a wonderful man. I have fond memories of him when I would come out to the farm with Shelly and stay over night. He was always so nice, soft spoken, always smiling and I enjoyed the visits with him as we all sat and had evening ice cream with him. Wonderful times & memories.
