He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel "Tony" and Alice Starck (Kleigh); his wife Betty Kuehn; his parents-in-law, Carl and Esther Kuehn; his siblings, Grant, Orville and Betty Fett; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Ivanesky, Melvin and Donald Kuehn (Carolyn).
He is survived by: his sons, Darin (Donna) of Mandan and Mark (Robin) of Bismarck; his grandchildren, Brad Starck, Nicole Jacobs (Seb), Haley and Wyatt Starck; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Caleb, Josie and Blaise Jacobs; his sister Dianne Abraham (Dan) of Colorado; and his sisters-in-law, LaVonne Starck of Colorado, Beverly Zingg (Byron) of McClusky, ND and Eloise Kuehn of Minnesota.
