He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Heck and Kathryn Heck (Walter); his wife Betty Nielsen; and his daughter Norma (Kevin).
Leonard's body was donated to the school of medicine in an effort to help teach future generations, so no burial service will be held.
