Gertrude Bauer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2024, at the age of 102, Gertrude Bauer (New Salem, North Dakota) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gertrude Bauer to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Magdalena Breimeier (Auwinger) and Fredrick Breimeier; her husband Edmund Bauer; and her siblings, Ella Bickel, Lydia Bickel, Erna Anderson, William Breimeier and Paul Breimeier.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Lohman (Bill) of Leavenworth, KS, Sharon Mosbrucker (Ron) of Lincoln, ND and Dennis Bauer (Carol) of Lame Deer, MT; and her sisters, Esther Degel and Sally Hasse. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Zion Lutheran Church, The Lutheran Hour, and Circle of Life Lutheran Church, P.O Box 1214, Lame Deer, MT 59043.

“Dear Carol, Sharon and Dennis, I am so sorry to hear of your lose. Truly wish we had been able to keep up contact over the years. Carol and I were always very close in high school. Please contact me with your emails as I would like to reconnect. Your dad and I have the same name except his middle initial was T and mine is O.
