He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hintz and Ella Hintz (Henke); his brothers, Harlan Hintz and Wayne Hintz; his brother-in-law John Richter; his nephews, Murray Hintz, Jeffrey Hintz, Mickey Hintz and Zachary Voeltz; and his niece Amy Richter.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Aaron Hintz (Jodi), Tania Tschaekofske (Wade) of Bismarck and Melody Rau (Travis) of Bismarck; his grandchildren, Faith, Hannah Gerving, Abby Mosbrucker (Garrett), Teanna, Rylee, Kelan, Briella, Ryker, Bobby Hintz, Noah, Isaiah Rau, Tricia and Braden Tschaekofske; his sisters, Carol Pouti (Bob) and Arlene Varville (Ron); his sisters-in-law, Peggy Voeltz (Barry), Karin Richter and Lilly Hintz; and also Zelwyn Heide. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church. A family service will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
