He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Rodney (Myrna), Minot, Kevin (Lisa), Devils Lake, David (Deneen), Bismarck and Lisa (Lonnie); his grandchildren, Derek Gathman (Megan), Alyssa Worrall (Josh), Shane Gathman (Keshia), Andrea Mund (Tyler), Devin Gathman, Courtney Gathman, Katelyn Thompson, Ashley Gathman, Alexa Gathman, Jacob Gathman (Mikki Erstad), Amber Gathman and Hunter Thompson; his great grandchildren, Rhett, Colter, Benson, Kyson and Thea; his siblings, George, Jean Hennessey (Francis), Judy Schwehr (Bob), Kenny (Ardyce), Jim (Teresa), Gary (Laurie), Steve (Kim) and Mary Kurtz; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Gathman, Virgil Mosser and Galen Leintz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
