She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Dukart and Catherine Dukart (Urlacher); her sister Mary Ann Timm of Deadwood, SD; her siblings-in-law, Andy Mack (Rose), Simon Mack (Fern), Joe Mack and Lenora Kutz; her husband Henry Levi Mack; her sons, Keith and Kenneth; and her siblings, Gen Borho, Luella Mack, Rev. George Dukart and Steven.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin of Fargo, Karen Liebersbach (Ed) of Hoople, Kelvin (Karla) of Hatton, Kelly (Karla) of Edmore, Kurtis (Reaba) of Edmore, Kurt (Ann) of Knoxville, TN, Kristopher (Christi) of Casselton and Kori of Nekoma; and her daughter-in-law Pauline of Lawton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Edward's Cemetery Fund in Nekoma, Pregnancy Help Center in Park River, and Cavalier County Cancer Crusaders.
