He was predeceased by: his parents, John Weiner and Alice Weiner (Olson); his wife Beatrice Tamke; his grandson Tray S. Hertenstein; his siblings, Ronald Weiner and Beulah Clifford; and his grandparents, Hans, Hilda Olson, John and Katherine Weiner.
He is survived by: his daughter LaDonna Mortenson of Gilby, ND; his stepson Don Tamke (Kim) of Anchorage, AK; and his siblings, Gaylord Weiner (Lorraine) of Osnabrock, ND, Erma Uecker (Eugene) of Walhalla, ND, Roger Weiner of Dickinson, ND, Orlin Weiner (Delores) of Langdon, ND and Richard Weiner of Inkster, ND. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
