She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Schmitz and Marie Schmitz (Nistler); her husband Donald; her daughter Donna; her grandson Wade; and her brother-in-law Harry Zachmann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Mortenson (Kent) of Dickinson, ND, Deb Bohn (David) and Donelle Mogard (Jason); her grandchildren, Michael Mortenson (Ashley), Kendra Mortenson, Brett, Joseph Bohn, Ashley Mogard, Lindsey Mogard and Katie Mogard; her siblings, Elaine Zachmann, Earlene Carney (Dan), Bonnie Summers, Annette Schindler (Steve) and Paul Schmitz (Mary Lee); and her brother-in-law Norbert Fries (Frances). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
