He was predeceased by: his father Sidney Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Sumner; his mother Luella Anderson of Mott, N. D.; his siblings, Sharon Anderson of Richardton, N. D. and Larry Anderson (Paula) of Regent, N. D.; his children, Ryan Anderson and Nicollette Gorden (Greg); his grandchildren, Mathew Brown, Sydni Anderson of Tulsa, Blake Gorden (Tia Jones) and Stephanie Gorden of Scottsdale, Arizona.; and his great grandchildren, Bryce Gorden and Leon.
