She was predeceased by: her parents, John C., Sr. and Agnes S. Peterka (Kadlec); her husband J. D.; her son Gregory "Guy" Miller; and her sisters, Karen Croaker, Rosalie Murphy, Jo Ellen Hamilton and Mary "Kris" Peterka.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Syrup (Dan) of Grand Forks, ND, Kelly Schanilec (Brian) of Forest River, ND, John Miller, Jr. (Dawn) of Minto, ND, Mary Schuster (Brian) of Minto, ND, Anthony Miller (Kimberly) of Grand Forks, ND and Katie Marino (Gerard) of Boston, MA; her brother John Peterka Jr. (Bunnie) of Veseleyville, ND; and her brothers-in-law, Patrick Murphy of Springdale, AK and James Miller (Jim) of Ontario, CA.. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
