She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Osowski and Dorothy Osowski; her siblings, Eddie Osowski and JoAnn Gowan; and also, Steve and JoAnn Slominski.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Slominski; her daughter Kristin Zilka (Jason) of Grand Forks, ND; her grandchildren, Sarah (Alex), Emily, Robin and Jacob; her child Karlynn Von Rueden (Cory); her grandchildren, Rylan, Brycen, Kameron Slominski (Mandy) of Manvel, ND, Kenady and Gaven; and her brother Carl Osowski (Jane) of Oslo, MN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials to the St. Stanislaus Preservation Fund or the St. Stanislaus Cemetery Fund both of Warsaw, ND.
