He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Jenson and May Jenson (McFarland); his stepson Paul Bergo; his siblings, Lorraine Olson, Janice Werman and Melvin Jenson; and his brother-in-law Erwin "Smokey" Wright.

He is survived by: his children, Steven Jenson (Cindy) of Minot and Sharon Self (Don) of Terry, MT; his stepchildren, David Bergo (Gale) of Minot, Nancy O'Shea of Columbia, TN and Kim Tande (Doug) of Minot; his grandchildren, Marianne Barnes, Justin Gillmore (Sara) and Connor Self; his stepgrandchildren, Lindsey Bergo, Laura Olonia (Mark), Kelli Romesha (Clint), Jim O'Shea, Tom O'Shea (Taylor), Terri Lott (Matt), Karin Unhjem (Mike), Erik Tande (Vanessa), Mari Shearer (Sheldon), Levi Tande, Randi Bergo and Nolan Straabe (Terry); his siblings, William Jenson (Barb) of Minot and Vera Wright of Minot; and his brother-in-law Darrell Olson of Grand Forks.
