She was predeceased by: her parents, John Luxem and Sylvia Luxem; her brother Peter Luxem; and her husband Thomas J. Osborn. She is survived by: her children, Josh Osborn (Shelly), Charlie Osborn (Becky) and Chris Osborn (Shannon); and her grandchildren, Andrew (Debbie), Shay, Casey, Savana, Noah (Elissa), Kylie, Lennon and Cambria. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of the Red River Valley in memory of Sally Osborn.
