He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Belcher and Corinne Belcher (Pankratz); and his wife MonaRay Tompers. He is survived by: his daughters, Katrina Belcher (Mitch Ofsthun) and Shauna Hoffman (Vaughn) of West Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Kaelyn and Lexi Hoffman; his sister Kimberly Hanenberg (Noel) of Drake, ND; and his siblings-in-law, Lea Tompers of Richmond, KY and Nathan Tompers of Minot, ND. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
