She is survived by: her son Ben; her parents, David Wallen and Patricia Wallen (Formanek); and her siblings, Patrick and Beth.

Due to her concerns over her loved ones getting covid, there will be no visitation or services at this time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial can be sent to Patricia Wallen, 1519 7th St SW, Minot, ND 58701, to help cover medical expenses.
