She is survived by: her spouse Alfred Forsman; her children, Lisa Skolrud (Terry) of Garrison and Kevin Forsman (Lisa) of Ashley, ND; her grandchildren, Ryan Forsman, Allen Forsman, Lee Kraft, Jen Kraft and Matthew Mehlhoff; and her siblings, Kenneth Huus of Linton, ND, Grace Wurtz of Plaza, ND and JoAnn Eklund.
