He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Turner and Willamina "Minnie" Turner (Hanke); his son Rick Cline; and his brothers, Louis Turner and Harold Turner.
He is survived by: his spouses, Jean Kingsley and Lucille E. Roen; and his children, Lola Hanna (Doug) of Burlington, Larry Turner (Joette), Velva, Lee Turner (Lynne), Jamestown, Leon Turner, Minot Kraft and Tim Kraft. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and one more on the way; 8 great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Irene Turner, Velva; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
