Rose M. Skaaden Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose M. Skaaden (Minot, North Dakota), born in Fort Yates, North Dakota, who passed away on January 19, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis and Rose; her husband Wallace Skaaden; her siblings, William, Joseph, Jack, Kenny, Michael, Dorothy Richholt and Linda Metzger; and her son-in-law Troy Halerewich.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy McDonald (Kevin) of Souris, ND, Jennifer Combs (Greg), Colleen Beeter (Bruce) of Norwich, ND, Corrine Halerewich and Alberta; her grandchildren, Chad McDonald (Kristi), Derek McDonald, Mariah McDonald, Dillan Hahn (Whitney), Austin Hahn, Shyann Hahn, Shantel Hahn, Konner Beeter, Kaleb Beeter, Jaycee Rankin (Kaiden) and Tanner Halerewich; her great grandchildren, Justus McDonald, Madalynn McDonald and William McDonald; her brothers, Pete Snider of Mandan, ND and Leo Snider of Mandan, ND; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Snider and Dennis Metzger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

While there she took such great pride in caring for residents with Alzheimer's disease.
