It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Keith Haugen (Minot, North Dakota), who passed away on September 5, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Haugen and Isabel Gladys Haugen (Underdahl); his brothers, Richard and Robert Haugen; his brothers-in-law, Richard Nelson and Kenneth Faunce; and his grandson Liam Haugen.
He is survived by: his spouse Kay Oberholtzer; his children, Troy Haugen of Mohall, Melissa Upgren (Mike) of Bismarck and Chad Haugen (Kasey) of Horace; his grandchildren, Bailey, Ethan Upgren, Morgan, Jayli and Lukas Haugen; his sisters, Doris Nelson and Donna Sherven (Ron) of Wahpeton; his parents-in-law, Donna Haugen of Minot, Shirley Haugen of Minot, Carol Clark (Charlie), Sandi Becker (Jerry) of Mohall and Jerry Oberholtzer (Deb) of Lansford; and his aunt Ramona Schroepfer of Crystal, MN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
78, rural Des Lacs died on Thursday, September 5, 2019 in a Minot nursing home from complications related to Alzheimer's Disease.
