We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2021, at the age of 84, Robert Weigel of Minot, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Weigel and Elizabeth Weigel (Bachmeier); his wife Rose Weigel; and his brother William. He is survived by: his children, Richard Weigel (Patricia) of Williston, ND, Renee Tuttle (Darren) of Greeley, CO and Rachelle Fairweather (Kent) of Littleton, CO; his grandchildren, Sarah, Ian, Cullen Weigel, Melissa Mahaffey (Ira), Michael and Tyler Fairweather; his great grandchildren, Abbie, Jayden, Silas, Oliver, Nolan and Scarlett; and his sisters, Martha, MaryLou and Sandra. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

“I posted a picture of a treasure from Uncle Rob. A few years ago, after a visit with John Hager, to see him and Aunt Rose, we were very surprised to receive one of his treasures in the mail. It is proudly displayed in our home and brings fond memories of a wonderful man and his family. Rick, Renee and Rachelle, he was a great brother-in-law to Uncle John and a kind loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. Sincere condolences to all of you from Uncle John and family.”
