He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Moore and Esther Moore (Thomas); his wife Victoria Walter; his son Leroy "Andy"; his grandson Andrew; and his siblings, Kenneth, Glen, Curtis, Dorothy, Kathryn, Janice and Conie.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Walter of Minot, ND, Frank Walter of Mountain Grove, MO, Richard Walter of Goldendale, WA and Chloe Cawley of Goldendale, WA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bismarck Funeral Home (3723 Lockport St, Bismarck, ND 58503). A burial was held on Wednesday, August 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
