It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick Held in Minot, North Dakota, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on May 10, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Held and Donna Held (Davis); his wife Roberta "Ro" Richards; his mother-in-law Boston; and his sister-in-law Becky Mothershead (John).
He is survived by: his children, Chris Held (Tiffany) of Minot and Carey Erickson (Craig) of Minot; his grandchildren, Carson Held, Riley Held, Nixxen Held and Keaton Erickson; his sister Cindy Donaldson (Steve) of Pevely, MO; his niece Bessellen Stadler of Pevely, MO; his brother-in-law Sam Richards (Becky) of Festus, MO; his cousin Charlotte "Tudie" Avett of St. Louis, MO; and his pet Roxy. He is also survived by his wife, son, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Lord's Cupboard Food Pantry or the donor's choice.
