He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Todd and Vivian Todd (Pasma). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte "Cathy" Carlstrom; his daughter Christine Todd of Lewistown; his brother Bob Todd (Sandy) of Arlington, WA; and his siblings-in-law, Bert Carlstrom (Ruth) of Fort Benton, MT, Jim Radcliff of Great Falls, MT and Freeda Terry of Winifred, MT. He is also survived by cousins, numerous nieces and nephews.
