He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Palmer and Doris Palmer; his siblings, Edward, Richard Palmer, Virginia Hojer and Charlotte Hendricks; his sister-in-law Norma Palmer; and his great grandchild Brynlee Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Griffith Cavanaugh; his son Michael Palmer (Debie); his grandsons, Derrick Gabrielson (Christina), Zachariah Palmer (Jaime) and Gabriel Palmer (Athena); his son Timothy Palmer (Jamie); his grandchildren, Dr. Mykayla Vollmer (Jake) and Morgan Palmer (Clay Wittmeier); his great grandchildren, Isaac, Layton, Xander, Coy, Madison and Ellee; and his siblings-in-law, Duane Hojer and Marilyn Palmer.
