She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Berens and Betty Berens (Nelson); her former husband Jeff Raffelson; her husband Dave Borchardt; and her sister Cindy Gabrelcik.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Raffelson (Amy) and Danyel April (Robert); her grandchildren, Owen April, Cohen Raffelson and Layken Raffelson; and her siblings, Marica Cargill, Jack Berens (Marcy), Richard Berens (Sandy), Teresa Emerson (Gary) and Lori Berens.
