She is survived by: her parents, Luis Velazquez and Hailey Velazquez (Gustavson); her siblings, Kailey Rose, Dakota Lee, Kyle William and Elleon James; her grandparents, Louise Bailey of South Bridge, MA, Curtis Gustavson Burlington (Angela) and Wendy Gustavson of Great Falls, MT; her great-grandparent Alice Akre of Great Falls, MT; and her aunts and uncles, Marcos Rosario, Andrew Rosario, Jenny Lee Rosario, Ceraluz Rosario, Mayalee Rosario, Von Rosario, Raul Rosario, Jose Velazquez, Alex Standley, Joshua Standley and Samantha Field.
