He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Scholl; his children, Kevin, Richelle and Nancy Babcock (Andy); his grandchildren, Mathew Babcock and Crystal Dring (Ben); his great grandchild Colter of Tucson, AZ; his grandson Kevin Bowen (April) of Vass, NC; his great grandchildren, Juan Bowen of Boone, NC, Tobias Bowen (Victoria), Dylan Bowen (Sarah) of Vass, NC, Tyler Bowen of Vass, NC, Lynnae Rudland (Craig) and Richelle Laney (Bill) of Fayetteville, NC; his siblings, Joylea Knutson, Judy Hartl, Lorinda Johnson (Daryl), Garrison, Betty Bostow (Scott), Sharon Gartner and Sharlene Krogh (Don); his close friend Pat Cone; and also, James, Weston of Sanford, NC, Connor, Eli Laney of Norman, OK, Ivy Laney of Bourbonnais, IL, Levi Laney of Fayetteville, NC., Michael Cone, Dawn Pogodzinski of Redgranite, WI, Tanya and Nicole. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Redeemers Church (700 16th Ave SE, Minot, ND 58701). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
