He is survived by: his wife Nancy Marie Fleming; his children, Robin Anderson (Tim) and Kelly Hady (Regina Atienza); his son-in-law Reed Opland (Toni Bennett); his grandchildren, Mike Opland (Nicole), Patrick Opland (Melissa), Benjamin Opland (Heather), Nancy Mykelbust, Jefferson Opland (Nicole Sasso), John Opland, Jessica Anderson, Marques Anderson, John Anderson, Minnewakan, Collin Hady (Liliana Salinas), El Paso and Connor Hady; his great grandchildren, Annie Opland, Henry, Hanna, Hazel Opland, Charlie, Audrey, Kate Opland, Greta, Lewis Mykelbust, Oliver, Finley, Neva Wirth, Myles Anderson and Leya Durbin; and his sister Mary Winter of Coon Rapids, MN.
