He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bagby and Mandy Bagby (Davis); his wives, Sandy Haggard and Phyllis Bagby; and his brothers, Donald and Danny Bagby.
He is survived by: his sister Mildred Bare; his daughter Angela Michelle Rutledge (Robert) of Ada, Oklahoma.; and his siblings, Mary Bowerman of Minot and Robert Bagby of Maud. He is also survived by 15 nieces 7 nephews, 3 great-nieces and 5 great nephews.
