He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Hoover and Martha Hoover (Tannehill); his wife Yvonne Falstad; his children, Eugene Hoover (Becky) of Platte City, MO, Ford Hoover, Melanie Cathey (Carl) of Dallas, TX, Carrie Folkert (Don) of Minot, ND, Spencer Hoover (Kristin), Thief River Falls and DeNeé Kurpiel of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Jason Hoover, Kirk Hoover, Ryan Hoover, Ashley Bodik (Hoover), Lanna Kreck (Armstrong), Chuck Huber, Heather Huber, Jason Huber, Skye Leedahl (Folkert), Amber Folkert, Morgan Thompson (Schmaltz), Kyle Schmaltz, Amber Jeffcoat (Kurpiel) and Mandie Kurpiel; and his son Steven. He was also cherished by 15 great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
