She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernhardt Martin and Katherine Martin (Zillich); her husband Joseph Miller; her son Dale; her siblings, Frank, Bernhart, Peter, Henry, William Martin, Ann Birdsall Schiwal, Elizabeth Schmidt, Rose Schmidt and Kathryn Smebakken; and her daughter-in-law Monica Miller.

She is survived by: her children, Carlotta Miller (Chris Madsen) of Kenosha, WI, Keith Miller, Deborah Elker (Roland), Valerie Czosnek (Terry) and Chad Miller; her grandchildren, Jason Miller (Michelle) and Nicole Sundhagen (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey Miller, Ashton and Brooklyn Sundhagen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
