He is survived by: his children, Vandever R. DeCoteau of Fort Defiance, AZ and Tamika M. Scott (Christopher) of Mission, SD; and his siblings, Renee Counts (Richard) of Dunseith, JoAnn DeCoteau of Belcourt, Debra Bruce (Ronald Jr.) of Belcourt and Daryl DeCoteau of Belcourt. He is also survived by his family members and friends.
