He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Bethke and Izetta Bethke (Marsh). He is survived by: his wife Susan Mickelson; his sons, Brian Bethke (Kelly) and Scott Bethke; his grandsons, Matthew Vana (Julian), Zachariah Prescott of Kewaskum, WI and Brian Bethke Jr.; his brother Wayne Bethke (Mickey); his nieces, Tracey Zeretzke and Penny Brandt; and his nephew Mitchell Bethke.
