Azure of Grand Forks, ND; her children, Christian, Kabryan, Alexander, Maylie and Addilynn; her sister Jessica Martenson (Bryan Hensel); her children, Berkleigh and Brexsten; her sister Kelsey Ringsaker (Jordan Hanson); her grandfather Walter Green; her great-grandparents, Eleanor and George Putney; her grandparents, Shirley and Paul Azure; her great-grandparent Flora Grant; and also Kenleigh.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
