He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Slagle (Bawden) and Jerry Slagle; his grandparents, Willie, Maggie Bawden, J. D. and Theresa Slagle; and his parents-in-law, Garfield and Marlys Bergstrom.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenna Ann (Don Neumann) and Teresa Beth (Brian Claypool); his wife Barb; his grandchildren, Brynn, Ava, Luke Neumann, Nora and Wyatt Claypool; his siblings, Sherry Lervick (Jerome), Rini Coffin (Steve) and Rich Slagle; and his parents-in-law, Jacki Barman (Vern), Gary Bergstrom, Bruce Bergstrom (Mari), Janis Bosch (Dave), Andrea Miller (Brad), Alan Bergstrom (Rachel) and Penny Slagle. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
