He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Floyd and Elouise Keelan (Day). He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Robbie Keelan, Jennifer Garcia (Eudocio) of Austin, TX and Leo Edward Keelan of Newburg, OR; his grandchildren, Skylar Keelan, McKayla Keelan and Leo Quam Keelan; and his siblings, Thomas Keelan of Oceanside, CA and Kathy Slater (Joel) of Stow, OH.
