We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2021, at the age of 72, Lee Francis Wieland of Minot, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wieland and Mary Wieland (Hagensen); his parents-in-law, DuWayne and Doris Braaflat; his sister-in-law Halima; and his nephew Levi.
He is survived by: his wife Carmel Braaflat; his children, Jarah Gilstad (Brock) and Jacob Wieland (Mimi); his grandchildren, Kade, Cole, Ayla and Grayson; and his siblings, Jean Rietze (Dan), Lloyd Wieland (Audrey), Larry Wieland (Ann), Dennis Wieland (Veronica), Gerry Wieland (Sherrie), Patricia Tingle (Dan), Ron Wieland, Elaine Kucera (Wes), Maurice Wieland (Rosie), Martin Wieland (Judy), Vic Wieland (Cindy) and Beth Dardis (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be given in Lee's memory to Our Lady of Grace Food Pantry or Minot Soccer Association.
