He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Burns and Alice Burns (Korgel); his stepfather Richard Johnson; his grandparents, Leo, Jeanette Korgel, Harry and Irene Burns; his stepsister Rose Haaland; his aunts and uncles, Harold, Robert, Leo Korgel (Janice), Donna Sorenson (Ronald) and Delores Schieve (Alfred); and his cousins, Craig, Scott and Kevin Sorenson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rebecca Sebastian (Kevin), Garry Burns (Becky) of Enderlin, ND, Clay Burns (Faye) and Roberta Bossie (Michael); his stepbrother Ricky Johnson (Teresa); his nieces and nephews, Thomas (Kayla), Andrew Sebastian, Jennifer Landphere (Russ), Bobb, Chad, James, Joe Burns (Alyssa), Jessica Baker, Megan Ziolkowski (Travis) and Josh Bossie; and his close friends, Monique and Lori. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Those attending are required to wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
