He is survived by: his siblings, Lillian Hammer of Kalispell, MT and Warren Spilde (Carol) of Towner; and his nieces and nephews, Audrey Valli (Adrian), Kathy Junjar (Lance), Wendy Ellingson (Dave), Minot Spilde and Troy Spilde (Margo).
