He is survived by: his wife Beth Stevens-Kjelson; his sons, Elijah Kjelson (Cera Pignet) and William Kjelson; his sister Cheryl Fischer; his siblings-in-law, Marla Stevens, Susan Grigsby-Stringer and Dwight Fyllesvold; and his cousin Susan Stevens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
