She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blough and Dorothy Blough (Ott); her husband Gary Huntzinger; and her daughters, Sheri Sloboden and Darian Mock.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brian Huntzinger, Jayme Huntzinger, Daltyn Lakoduk, Brooke Sloboden (Darian), Jacob Sloboden, Nicole Reifel, Jared Adams, Cindy Adams and Elizabeth Flansburg; her great grandchildren, Ana and Ian Adams; her sister Carolyn Jean Gaffer (Steven); and her son-in-law Tim Sloboden.
Memorials are preferred to ALS Foundation.
