He was predeceased by: his parents, John Caldwell and Thelma Caldwell (Haakenstad); and his brother Dale Caldwell (Cubby). He is survived by: his wife Leatrice; his children, Dusty Caldwell (Annette Behm-Caldwell), Heather Maline (Bob) and Dawn Caldwell-Rothfusz (Nyls Rothfusz); his grandchildren, Jacob, Audrey, Mallory Maline, Brynn Rothfusz, Amelea and Sophie Caldwell; his siblings, Don Caldwell and Sharon Rosedale; and his sister-in-law Penny Caldwell.
Memorials : In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials are preferred to the Minot Model Alumni Association or the American Diabetes Association.
