With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Bennett of Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on November 2, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Lee and Alma Lee (Olson); her husband James Bennett; and her siblings, Donna Balerud, Howard Lee and Donald Lee.

She is survived by: her children, Toni Bennett (Reed Opland) of Burlington, Jacque Salwey (Kenneth) of Bismarck, Rona Pfund (John) of Fargo and Kristel Ficek (Patrick) of Minot; her grandchildren, Chad, MacKenzie, Kelsey, Erin, Bailey, Cole and Sofie; her great grandchildren, Ada, Corbett, Daedyn, Ayden, Davin, Arya, Vada and Archie; her sister Virginia Bayne of Bottineau; and her in-laws, Elroy Balerud and Doloris Lee.

Memorials are preferred to Parkinson's Foundation.
