It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janeen Scheeler of Minot, North Dakota, born in Richardton, North Dakota, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Mayer and Kathryn Mayer (Wehner); her sisters, Arlene Karsky and Lavonne Ficek; her mother-in-law Rose Scheeler; and her brothers-in-law, Tony Karsky and Steve VanDerMeer.
She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Tanya Brisson (Mark) and Tom Scheeler (Jodi); her grandchildren, Daniel, Emily, Annie and Emma; her brother Ken Mayer (Diane); and her siblings-in-law, Claudia Andrus (Jim), John Scheeler (Kate) and Terry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers or plants the family prefers memorials to Our Lady of Grace Food Pantry or the Minot Public Library.
