With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James P. Haberlack of Minot, North Dakota, born in Rugby, North Dakota, who passed away on October 10, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Haberlack (Ebach) and Wendelin Haberlack; his sister Rose Zieglerand; and his brothers-in-law, Martin Ziegler and Steve McCormick.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Haberlack; his children, Todd Haberlack (Tamara) of Monroe, WA, Carrie Henrikson (Randy) of Moorhead, MN, Paul Haberlack (Ashley) and Michelle Schwan (Bryan) of Velva, ND; his grandchildren, Emily Anderson (Jake), Erica Henrikson of Moorhead, MN, Alexa Haberlack of Seattle, WA, ChandlerHaberlack of Marysville, WA, Taylor Haberlack, Drexler Schantz of West Fargo, ND, Madeline, Brecca and Sadie Schwan of Velva, ND; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Louden and LayneAnderson of Moorhead, MN; and his siblings, Paul Haberlack (Elaine), David Haberlack (Kathy) and Susan Petasek (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society and Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Velva, ND.
