It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Otto Lochthowe (Minot, North Dakota), born in Norwich, North Dakota, who passed away on December 7, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto John and Clara Francis Lochthowe (Frost); his wife Arlowene; his sons, David Lochthowe and Lloyd Lochthowe; his siblings, Donald Lochthowe, Elaine Dosch, Wendelin Dosch, Leo Klein, Bill Lorenze and John Lochthowe; his brother-in-law Bill Klein; his nephews, Leon and Gary Lochthowe; and his niece Cheryl Eshenko.
He is survived by: his children, Marilynn Reimann (Arvid), Richard Lochthowe (Leona), Bev Bauer (Paul), Sandra Hanson (Alfred), Minot Voight and Diane Voight; his daughter-in-law Roxane Lochthowe of Norwich; his sisters, Clara Jean Klein, Minot Kirkhope and Margie Kirkhope (Tom); and his sisters-in-law, Mildred Lochthowe and Donna Lochthowe.
