He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Ann Thiel; his children, Jason Zaback of Las Vegas, NV, Sandra Fuller (Mike) and Wanda Zaback; his siblings, David (Ruth), Howard (Marlene), Ruben (Monica), Darrell (Kim) and Jane White; and also Minot.
